Business in the Days of COVID-19

There’s no question. These are unprecedented and scary times.

As restaurants, retailers and bars all start to close and parents begin grappling with kids being home from school for weeks or months, our new reality is starting to sink in.

By now you have probably received dozens of emails about what steps businesses are taking to protect you and staff. Most likely, you’ve sent one yourself.

So now what?

How do we proceed when the world today looks so different than it did just a couple of days ago? As business owners and decision makers we know it is not business as usual. But just how do we go about conducting business and communicating with customers right now?

Marketer and Business Consultant, Mark Schaefer published a wonderful post on the “7 Non-obvious coronavirus implications for marketing.”

In the post, he covers some things to think about in terms marketing campaigns that may be currently underway, what content to publish now, whether now is the right time to bring a new product or service to market, and more.
